We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We particularly loved how clean and modern the facilities were, with comfortable beds and strong, hot showers. The hotel also provided private parking and limited free transportation in this city, which made exploring much easier for us. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our location was close to several shops selling prayer accessories at affordable prices. If you're looking for a great breakfast, this hotel serves up a tasty and diverse spread.

The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the local area on foot and discover charming cafes and boutiques. The warm and cozy ambiance of our room created the perfect romantic atmosphere. The hotel's staff was also attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and providing us with helpful recommendations on where to go and what to do.
The limited selection of breakfast options. we discovered that our room was not well insulated, and we could hear noise from the street and nearby rooms, which took away from our peaceful experience.

This hotel is located in a convenient area where many shops sell prayer accessories at affordable prices. It's next to Ampel mosque which is perfect for those on a religious tour. it's close to the harbour making it easy to explore the area.
The quality of service is poor. Requests take a long time to be fulfilled and staff lack urgency.
